Where We Live

We’re blessed to live on 361 acres of really beautiful land in southwest Colorado, where the Rocky Mountains meet the red rock canyons of the Colorado Plateau.  We choose to live here because of the quality of life this area provides — a very safe, close knit community surrounded by endless mountains, forests, and canyons to explore.

At an elevation of 7000 feet, we enjoy a four season climate with over 300 days of sunshine per year.

We’re located about two miles from Bayfield (pop. 1700) and fifteen miles from Durango (pop. 17,000).
