Aspen
The Aspen has the most spacious main floor featuring our largest great room at 35' long, largest kitchen, largest front entry, largest owner bedroom on the main floor, and vaulted ceilings throughout, making it a more deluxe home. With all this space on the main level, no second story, and an elevator-ready design to the basement, it would also be a great home for aging in place. The layout of the entry and stairs and spacious basement mean that it has good basement ADU potential. |

Ponderosa
The Ponderosa is our largest home. It comes with the most bedrooms (3), which can be increased to 5 bedrooms by finishing the basement. The entry and basement design also make the Ponderosa ideally suited to include an ADU, which could bring in substantial rental income to offset mortgage payments. Taken together, these features make the Ponderosa our most flexible home. Because of its efficient 3 story design, the Ponderosa also has the best value per square foot. |
