Garden & Greenhouse Team

Includes: Greenhouse, hen palace, root cellar (next to Common House), and land immediately adjacent to greenhouse.

Purpose
To design and manage the community garden and greenhouse areas for food production, aesthetics, and adult and children’s learning experiences. To manage those areas in a manner which maintains their quality and encourages their use by the community. To grow food in these spaces for free communal use by all community members.

• Plan for long term land use within the root cellar and greenhouse areas. – Proposal Authority
• Implement long term land use plan within the root cellar and greenhouse areas. – Full Authority
• Oversight of activities within the root cellar and greenhouse areas. Create guidelines for those activities. – Full Authority
• Long term maintenance of greenhouse, root cellar, and hen palace. – Full Authority

• Keep the greenhouse, root cellar, and hen palace in good condition suitable for its use by members. – Full Authority
