Process & Communication Team

Purpose
To assist the community in living in harmony with each other and the larger community by guiding effective communication, conflict resolution, and wise decision making.

Responsibility & Authority

• Provide facilitation and logistics for Community Meetings, Retreats, and Special Meetings. – Full Authority (in collaboration with Steering team)
  
• Schedule Meetings of the Hearts. Provide agendas, guidance, and logistics. – Full Authority (in collaboration with Steering team)

• Provide facilitation, recorder, Keeper of the Heart, and virtual meeting producer training. – Full Authority 
  

• Provide the Consensus training on an ongoing basis. The training will focus on Self-Awareness, Interpersonal Skills, and Community Living Skills. All training will incorporate building relationships in the spirit of curiosity, kindness and seeking to enhance the relationship. - Full Authority
  

• Act as community Keepers of the Heart, intervening and mediating (directly or indirectly) as needed. All community members are essentially keepers of the heart and may intervene and mediate as needed. – Full Authority
  

• Ensure that Process and Communication agreements are followed. – Full Authority 
• Revise Process and Communication agreements as needed. – Proposal Authority

• Manage community communication systems (both electronic and physical) – Full Authority (in collaboration with Steering team)
