Our Explorer program is a 90-day guided exploration period designed to help you get to know Heartwood at a thoughtful, manageable pace. This structured pathway gives you time, support, and clarity as you explore whether Heartwood — and life in community — are the right fit before committing to membership or a home purchase. The cost to become an Explorer is $300, but your first one-on-one call is free!

As an explorer, you’ll have a chance to:

• Learn more about community life at Heartwood

• Connect and talk with current members

• Visit Heartwood and tour the Phase 2 homes under construction

• Communicate one-on-one with Christina, our Explorer Guide

• Ask all of your questions about life at Heartwood

• Determine if Heartwood is the right fit for you
