Agreements
Agreements are decided by the community. Members are required to follow Agreements. Agreements can only be created or revised by a community decision. |
Guidelines
Guidelines are decided by teams for their areas of responsibility. Members are strongly encouraged to follow Guidelines. |
Resources
Resources are contributed by any member or team. Members may choose to make use of Resources as it suits them. |

Covenants
As a legal subdivision, our Homeowners Association (HOA) has Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions (covenants), which are the legal document that governs our neighborhood. In practice, we rarely refer to our covenants. They serve as a legal backup if we need them, but for our everyday life, we rely on our community agreements. |
