We have made some very minor revisions to our designs since then so the renderings are not 100% accurate in every detail. The Builder Set downloads at the bottom of each of those webpages, however, show the most up to date version of each home model. The home designs may still be revised somewhat in the future.

Estimated Price
Estimated Price is exactly that: an estimate. They are our best current estimates, but actual home prices will probably change due to cost fluctuations before you enter a home purchase contract. Once you enter a home purchase contract, your home purchase price will be locked in.
