We have made some very minor revisions to our designs since then so the renderings are not 100% accurate in every detail. The Builder Set downloads at the bottom of each of those webpages, however, show the most up to date version of each home model. The home designs may still be revised somewhat in the future.

Estimated Price is exactly that: an estimate. They are our best current estimates, but actual home prices will probably change before we enter a home purchase contract.

These Phase 2 home design webpages show artist renderings that include representative details (flooring, doors, expanded window wells, etc.) which have not yet been decided. The Spec Review Team (SRT) will be formed and decide on the actual details that will be standard and those that will be optional at an extra charge.
