Reserving a Common House Guest Room Resource

Please follow these instructions very carefully so your guests get the reservations they want. Reservations are to be made by Heartwood members only. If you're not a Heartwood member and would like to come visit us and stay in a guest room, please see Plan a Visit for complete information.

To reserve a common house guest room:

1. Navigate to the calendar page on Mosaic.
2. Choose Guest Room from dropdown menu in the upper left of the page. You should now be seeing the Guest Room calendar.
3. Navigate to the date you want to start the reservation. When you hover over the date, an Add button will appear in the upper right corner of that date's box. Click the Add button and fill in the form:

• Location - Choose Guest Room 1 or Guest Room 2 from the dropdown menu.
• First Night - The date that you hovered over when you hit the Add button will automatically populate first night. Click on the date shown if you'd like to edit it and a calendar will appear for you to select the date of the first night of the reservation.
• Last Night - The date that you hovered over when you hit the Add button will automatically populate last night. Click on the date shown if you'd like to edit it and a calendar will appear for you to select the date of the last night of the reservation. (Remember to select the last night of the reservation, which is the date before the day the guest is leaving.)
• Notes - Input names of guests.
• Posted By - This will automatically populate with your name.
