To ensure that construction within the community complies with our Architectural Standards. Number of Members 3 to 4 Responsibility & Authority Perform the functions of the Design Review Committee detailed in our covenants. – Full Authority (consistent with covenants) Ensure that Article 6 and Paragraphs 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, and 7.7 of the covenants are followed. – Full Authority (consistent with covenants) |
