Purpose
To ensure that we have an ample supply of members and prospective members. To act as community liaison to the larger community.

Responsibility & Authority

• Recruitment and orientation of new members. – Full Authority
• Process Prospective Member Checklists and conduct membership interviews. – Full Authority
• Maintain database and waiting lists (homebuyers & renters). – Full Authority 
• Ensure that Membership agreements are followed. – Full Authority 
• Revise Membership agreements as needed. – Proposal Authority
• Manage community website as it pertains to recruitment and visitor information. – Full Authority (in collaboration with Process & Communication team)
• Act as community liaison to the larger community. – Full Authority 

• Create policies for unattached visitors. Create site tours as needed. – Proposal Authority
