Purpose
To ensure that we have an ample supply of members and prospective members. To act as community liaison to the larger community. Number of Members 2 to 4 Responsibility & Authority Recruitment and orientation of new members. – Full Authority Process Prospective Member Checklists and conduct membership interviews. – Full Authority Maintain database and waiting lists (home buyers & renters). – Full Authority Ensure that Membership agreements are followed. – Full Authority Revise Membership agreements as needed. – Proposal Authority Manage community website as it pertains to recruitment and visitor information. – Full Authority (in collaboration with Process & Communication team) Act as community liaison to the larger community. – Full Authority Create policies for unattached visitors. Create site tours as needed. – Proposal Authority |
